How a player to become wonderkid in Football Manager 2006-2007 (FM 2006/2007)?

Wonderkid means that a player has very high potential and current ability. Also he must have good world reputation and must be under 21
SI has a few conditions a player to be called wonderkid
- Player must be under 21 (=<20)

- Player must have at least 5000 world reputation

- Player must have at least potential ability of 180

- Player must have at least current ability of 145

I can’t see another condition a player to be able to become a wonderkid.
